A familiar name, in and around the Grosse Pointe community Dennis has lived and worked in the Grosse Pointe Real Estate market for 35 years. Dennis has worked as both a broker owner of his own firm – Andrus Sothebys – and has been Associate Broker at Higbie Maxon Agney since 2009.

Dennis has sold numerous high-end properties throughout the Pointes and beyond, specializing in selling water front properties across Michigan.

He has chaired multiple committees and served as President of the Grosse Pointe Board of REALTOR’S and the Michigan Multiple Listing Service.

Dennis is active in numerous organizations and activities. An avid boater, Dennis has been a member of the Grosse Pointe Yacht Club for 36 years and a past Commodore (2007)
